What do you mean by "Group Personal Training"?

This is a very unique Melbourne personal training group which is designed to be fun, yet challenging. The best thing is that it is done indoors with the support of other people in your community looking to achieve the same level of fitness that you are.

Reclaim Your Body group personal training is a three day a week indoor fitness program that includes fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.

We will not be screaming and yelling at you. However, you can always count on us, to be leading each and every class with the enthusiasm and motivation to keep you going.

Our goal is to train individuals to be able to withstand the grind of a physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding life and daily schedule. To do this, the exercises entail learning to move the body in functional and everyday patterns which incorporate strength, balance, core stabilization and kinesthetic awareness.

These Reclaim Your Body workouts are unique and are literally guaranteed to melt of body fat. That's right - we guarantee you will see results or we will continue to train you (for no extra charge) until you do.

I am REALLY unfit and out of shape, will I survive?

If you have five or fifty pounds to lose, you'll find that Reclaim Your Body group personal training is just the program for you! Women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Reclaim Your Body group personal training and achieve incredible results.Beginners, you have no excuse not to join!

Every single person is different, and that is why each workout is individualized to meet your individual fitness level. Each exercise will have possible regressions and progressions, and you are encouraged to take it to your own level. That doesn't mean that you won't have someone encouraging you and pushing you to give it your all and top your own personal best each step of the way!

How can I workout without fancy equipment?

During your first workout you will be amazed at how challenging it can be to complete exercises strictly using your own bodyweight and minimal equipment. Fancy machines and workout gadgets typically only work an isolated muscle group and fail to give you the intensity you need to build a lean sexy body and lose centimeters.

Part of our thought-process at Reclaim Your Body is to be able to manipulate your own body weight to move better, stay pain-free, and complete everyday physical tasks AS WELL AS getting leaner.  Functional training using bodyweight, resistance bands, medicine balls, and other portable equipment is what will get you fitter, leaner, and have the body you always wanted.

How soon can i expect to see changes?

Although you have unlimited ongoing support and motivation, making positive, healthy changes to your lifestyle is going to take take massive determination and hard work on your part.

That being said,  the workouts you receive at Reclaim Your Body are strategically designed to ensure maximum fat loss and pave the way to the changes you see for yourself. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and "bloat" and increase confidence.  

On average you'll drop 4-5 kgs, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 90 days.   We encourage you to remember that it is possible to out eat any exercise program. That is why we provide you with only the most sound nutritional resources and guidance and supply you with the most fat-blasting workouts possible using a combination of high-intensity resistance training and high intensity cardiovascular intervals.

How can you afford not to?

What if I can not make it to a session?

Your accountability can make or break the results. We apply a 24 hour cancellation notice, thus you will be charged a session if you cancel within 24 hours from the session.

What if I don't live in the city of Monash?

Then you can't join- just kidding :) Anyone can attend. Our location is easily accessible from surrounding communities.

Where's the location of the boot camp & How often will we meet?

Participants will meet Monday – Friday at 6:00am.

What if I'm too busy and don't have time to come?

Professionally speaking, after working with hundreds of clients over the years we have found that "I don't have time" really means "I'd like to procrastinate a little longer." The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this: Am I finally ready?

Ok, you make a good point. what do I need to bring?

Nothing. We'll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you'll need. Just bring a water bottle, a towel, a exercise mat. Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don't want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

How is this different than the local health club?

Reclaim Your Body group personal training is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won't encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment. Can I pay per workout or just when I come?

No. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right? We've found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your group personal training. Does the program ever end?

Reclaim Your Body group personal training is an ongoing program. After all it's a lifestyle change. You're welcome to join for a little as three months or stay onboard for the long haul like 85% of our members.
